- Client must ensure site access and prepare the location for installation.
3. Payment Terms
- A deposit is required to secure the order, with full payment due before delivery.
- Late payments may incur interest.
4. Ownership
- Containers remain property of Terrance Containers until full payment is made.
5. Use and Maintenance
- Containers must be used for agreed purposes only.
- Client is responsible for maintenance and damage caused by misuse.
6. Warranty
- Containers have a limited warranty for manufacturing defects (check specific warranty period).
7. Liability
- Terrance Containers is not liable for indirect damages or losses.
8. Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if terms are breached.
